Start of Classes!

While excitement loomed at moving in and getting settled, I was both dreading and looking forward to the start of classes. I was excited to meet my professors, (especially to start the classes for my major, but those unfortunately wouldn't be until the next day) but also dreading the mountain of homework that was sure to follow! Luckily I had mapped out where my classes before head, I was dead set not to have to pull out my map! My classes were not difficult to find at all, and my advice to everyone is try to arrive at least 5 minutes beforehand, it's always good to have that time to chill and get ready for class to start. By far my favorite class was that of PCC 105 and the corresponding lab that goes with it. (PCC 105 is the introductory course for all students wishing to pursue a degree in Polymer and Color Chemistry) Dr. Shamey is the professor for the class and Dr. Beck is the professor for the lab period. They are both wonderful teachers, very enthusiastic about the course and material, so I can already tell this year is going to be great!
